The display works very well. The CD is included with the Raspbian image, along with a Windows program to write it to the SD card. The CD also contains various PDF documents with useful information. A good adapter connects it to my Raspberry PI 2 B via an HDMI connector, and a standard 0.1" connector connects to the pins on the Pi to provide touchscreen connectivity and power. After connecting the screen, connect the power to the display. The USB port powers both the display and the PI, eliminating the need to carry two power cords. The touchscreen is very responsive and the display color and viewing angles are quite good. They even threw away the pen. satisfied with this product and can recommend it unreservedly.
