We really like the desk-now that we have been able to FINALLY put it together. We got it as an upgraded "real" deal for our daughter and for that it's perfect. It arrived with no damage, but the critical inserts /anchors for assembly were missing from 4 of the holes so it was impossible to secure the screws to the board for assembly at those locations. Finding replacements for these pieces was not easy - they are rather uncommon - and it took a lot of effort (and frustration) to get them into the holes without damaging the board. Overall assembly was a VERY frustrating process and if I could give no stars for ease of assembly I would. That said - she and we are very happy with the desk otherwise now rHta it is assembled.
