Bought two of these faucets, and except for one caveat.I think they represent an excellent buy. Everything you need for installation is included in one well designed box (packaged to avoid any shipment damage.) The fixture has a classy appearance and the handles effortlessly open and close the valves by using the force of just one finger. No exaggeration. The only glitch in installation was due to what appears to be a design issue involving the drain lift rod. Because it is inserted at an angle (rather than 90 degree vertical) it needs to be bent in order to avoid interference with the faucet and then be attached to the pop-up drain linkage. I cut a piece of stiff scrap wire the same length as the lift rod to determine the correct angle below the faucet. I then used that as a template to bend the lift rod using two vice grip pliers (obviously BEFORE putting it into the fixture hole for attachment.) Other than that, installation was easy. And.the cost of the fixtures was a true bargain compared to the big box home improvement stores. Hence, although a minor glitch was involved, I'm giving it an overall rating of 5 stars.
