I don't think it's cotton.
I ordered them because the description says they are cotton. Packets of small spools of thread sold in stores used to be cotton, but now they are all polyester. I don't like polyester threads because they get tangled easily. Also, I wear cotton, not polyester, so I like the threads to be consistent. So I was happy to have found this product. Unfortunately, this yarn looks, feels and handles like polyester yarn, not cotton. I think the listing and packaging requirements are wrong.
