I love this sponge. I've been using a bath towel for 2 years and the soap doesn't seem to lather well off the towel and I don't like shower stools as they tend to fall apart and become rough. My skin is sensitive and this sponge is very soft when wet, the soap lathers well and I don't think it falls apart as easily as synthetic ones. It's so gentle I even use it on my 15 month old son. The sponge fits my hand perfectly and I had no problems with it. I will order again when mine wears out or falls apart. UPDATE 7/25/2016 It's been a few months since I started using this sponge and it's still in great condition - hasn't fallen apart, is still very soft and lathers well. I love that this sponge fits my hand perfectly, not bulky, scratchy or irritating. I bathe every night and even wash my face with it because it's so gentle. Every evening after the bath I rinse well with clear water and squeeze out the water so that it can dry before the next night. I recommend.
