Well after buying these 3 packs for the same money I understood the answer. Nothing. These socks are perfect for riding and you get 3 pairs for the price of 1 pair of popular brand socks. Thin, comfortable, breathable and stretchy, they offer great value and great style (if that's important to you). Others note that they are very thin. That's true, so be prepared to tighten your shoes a bit with that. I don't wear them in the cold but they are perfect for spring, summer and fall.
