I bought these after my neighbor gave me a drill/driver that had been sitting for two plus years. The drill/driver is a model 315.119100 and the charger is a model 315.CH2021(140186009). The old batteries wouldn't take a charge but the drill and charger were working fine (I used a neighbor's similar equipment to verify). These new batteries are working fine. I can't vouch for the longevity or battery life yet but for a cost of $45.40 I now have a decent tool to use. Hope this helps someone else who is in the same boat I was and wondering if these would work.
