The ease of use with the platform and the ability to create new modules with very little effort. As mentioned above it's easy to add more features if you have an idea/need. I like this a lot! It allows me to keep track of all my files in one place (COI). This helps when doing due diligence as well as other research projects. My biggest issue so far has been figuring out how to search through COIs and make sense of them. Some are not very user friendly but they do provide links to help get started. Take your time to learn how to navigate the software. Make sure you know what you're looking at and look up some tutorials online or ask questions here on Stackoverflow.
