As a professional shopper reviewer, I'm sad to report that my recent buy from SPUNKYsoul did not live up to my expectations. The jewelry I was sent was of poor quality, with many of the items looking cheap and flimsily put together. The website made some pretty bold claims about the longevity and durability of their goods, but in practice, they fell short. To rub salt in the wound, the service we received from the company's representatives was mediocre at best. My inquiries about my order and the craftsmanship of the jewelry were met with a slow and unhelpful answer. It was obvious that SPUNKYsoul did not care about or value their clients. The delivery was a major hassle, too. My shipment arrived well after the promised date, and I received no updates from the business. This sort of lack of professionalism from a 2023 internet retailer is embarrassing. Overall, SPUNKYsoul was not a positive experience for me. It's difficult to suggest this online store due to the low quality of their products, unhelpful staff, and unpredictable shipping times. Don't bother coming here for jewelry or other items.
