I have both the previous version (there is an air valve, a separate cartridge support fixture) and this one (a more compact connection unit, the minimum space required under the flask to replace the filter). I liked this version more - it's even more convenient and faster to change the cartridge. They would have appeared on sale earlier - they would have stuck them everywhere - both to parents and at home and in the country. I switched to these flasks after the thread on the perimeter of the usual plastic case fell off at the moment of unscrewing. But now you don’t have to struggle with bad wrenches for flasks - with such a clamp, everything is much faster and easier to disassemble / assemble.
