After doing my research I assumed that these bandsaws would be a good value and middle of the road quality. However, the bandsaws are merely on par with the lowest priced ones that you can get at discount stores for half the price.Mine was delivered defective. The customer service these guys have is awful. The guide adjustment fittings were broken. I sent it back and they told me that there was nothing wrong. I asked them to rei spect. Then they said it was fixed, but if I still want to return it they would charge me a restocking fee. However, they did say since it was actually broken, they would send it back to me at no cost. Seems quite inconsistent to me. Either it was broken or not.Bottom line, if you want top quality, pay the money for a top level brand. If you need a good bandsaw for a good price go to a discount store.Grizzly is overpriced for the quality and customer service they provide.
