Not sure if I am but disappointed

I have a vent clip in my car. I didn't use the full stand which will be my next try. The vent clip is solid, but it's a bullet on the back of the phone holder. It falls like the phone is too heavy, I spend more time holding it in place! I have an iPhone 11 Plus, I even remove the case and nothing helps. It's so frustrating
