I've had bad heel problems that just started this year due to being overweight and working a factory job. I'm usually fine once I get moving around, but getting out of bed or up after a long break usually has me hobbling around.These heel cups have been a blessing. I use them in conjunction with Happystep Plantar Fasciitis Insoles and I have not had any more problems getting up and moving. They are soft and springy. My only complaint is the edges curl when you insert your foot into shoes, but they usually right themselves after walking in them a little.
