The customer service is amazing! They are always willing to listen and help you with your questions. I have used ShowHows many times in the past. The platform has grown greatly since I first used it. There are now more customization options than ever before. It's also easier to use than ever! If you need a great tool for tutorials, this is the place to be. We've gotten new users up and running quickly and easily. The customer support is great as well. Nothing really comes to mind. This may sound weird but we don't have any problems using ShowHows. Our customers love their tutorials/how-to videos.
