First turn off the power to the fan using the switch and breaker on the power supply panel. It was easy to put it in place. Take the lightweight bottom cover that is on top of the fan assembly. (Remove 2 or 3 side screws) Remove the middle large screw from the bottom cover. Slide the threaded center of the lamp assembly through the base. Secure the threaded portion of the lamp assembly to the base with a hex nut and washer. Take the black wire from the bulb and attach the blue wire from the fan assembly to it with crimping pliers. Do the same with the white wire to the white wire. Finally, attach the lamp assembly to the fan assembly with the side screws on the cover. Install glass lights. Turn on the lightbulbs, turn on the switch and light switch and the viola will light up.
