I installed them on a 2006 Mazda5 in May 2016 and am very happy with the pads. Cranked the rotors, drained the brake fluid and run it in properly (repeated semi-hard stops to heat it up and prevent it from fully settling on the rotor). It's December 2018 and they still hold up like new and have more power, no pulsing, no noise, no noticeable brake dust. I think the key to brakes is getting them broken in properly. What causes the "deformed rotor" pulsation sensation is actually the heating up of the pads, stopping completely and the pads being held in one spot on the rotor, such as at the bottom of the rotor. a red light, causing pad material to build up on the rotor. Worst of all, this happens when the pads are new. In any case, these pads are of quality and I highly recommend them.
