As with anything else, you never know what to think when you read reviews. The main reason I bought this one is because the body is covered in black so it blends in with my barn. However, this kit appears to be just as good as what is sold at Lowes or elsewhere. I put 3 just for ease of installation because it's hard to work with thick wires at this point. The pre-installed ground wire attached to the ground block needs to be longer. That will make a big difference. Otherwise the installation was quite easy. Just remember you need a single pole 30 amp switch (don't screw it up and plug in a 220 amp switch that will destroy your RV!) and at least 10 ga wire. 10/2 is what you need, you are not very experienced. A good product all round and I'm glad I made this purchase.
