Fiction! suitable for cleaning and maintenance

Absolutely excellent material. I bought a 26ft trailer with some roof damage. I removed all front and side panels, tore off about 30% of the rubber roof, replaced the plywood, sealed all the joints and reattached the rubber roof with contact cement. After the roof was put back on and all the skin was properly attached I cleaned everything very well, dried well and then used this tape (with primer) on all the front, back and side edges and through each top seam of the roof. I used 2 wide strips around the edges and went down a small gutter to make sure this roof has absolutely NO chance of leaking again. I rolled everything over to make sure it was glued in place, then double sealed all the vents, the air conditioner and the entire roof. It looks brand new and I guarantee it will never leak in my life. It takes a little time to get used to the very long surface (26ft long) so a friend helped me. It was still a little tricky, but it's done and looks great. This is excellent material! Be sure to follow the temperature instructions and note if you need a primer. Also make sure to clean the surface well and with the right products. Fair warning! Once you glue this tape it's DOWN. Do not miss!
