The best part of the Airline app, is that once you have set up your rules you can forget about them. All information can be seen on the same screen, and all actions taken are reported immediately.The app is easy to use and the dashboard gives you the overview of all tasks you have and the status of them. There is no way to get a notification when a new task appears in the queue. If I want to know when a new task comes in (to do), I have to check the dashboard regularly.The main reason we use the Airline Task Manager are the rules. These are the most powerful part of the system. We are using Airline as a way to manage our tasks and rules. I like that it is easy to setup and use. We have an agent who uses this software in our call center. She loves it! The only issue we are having is that the system doesn't always pick up messages when she's away from her computer. It would be nice if there was a way to set reminders or something so that she doesn't miss any messages. This has made it easier for her to stay organized and help us get more calls answered at peak times.
