Need nylon washers to hold mirrors in place

Under $30 - price couldn't be better. Had to buy nylon washers from Lowe's - for about $1 (see product code) to get the job done. Now 70 km/h on the Autobahn and the mirrors don't fold in. They're vibrating a bit, but maybe I can fix that. folding mirrors).
