This pot litter was purchased in April 2018 and installed following a kitchen overhaul in August. The product is durable, well made and good looking for 1/3 the price of a similar brand. My wife loves this. Six days ago on Sunday 12/23/2018 both valve cartridges failed and started leaking, I couldn't stop the dripping. At 12:30pm I emailed the support team and explained my situation. Two hours later, I received a response from Jenny, a Havin customer service representative. She apologized for the faulty cartridges and placed a quick order for upgraded replacement cartridges which were free to me. She explained that they received a number of custom valves with o-rings that were too soft, but assured me that they fixed the problem and upgraded the valves with new o-rings. My new cartridges arrived within five days - installed and working great. Since my first email to Havin, Jenny has replied to me and/or initiated six emails to ensure I am informed of the status of the replacement and reassured me that Havin will fix any issues I have with their product have. I will definitely be working with this company again simply because of their outstanding customer service. Thank you Jenny and Havin.
