These last few ice storms here in New Jersey have been brutal. So I decided to get a windshield protector to make my mornings easier. I decided to focus on the snowflake design. It arrived on Tuesday 7/1/2020, it was on my windshield on Tuesday evening. I installed the mirror guard following very simple instructions. Very easy to install. I installed the windshield guard and by Wednesday morning I had an unfrozen windshield and mirrors! . It doesn't tell you any instructions about the bag. So, I asked a question about storage. Not only did I get a response within 24 hours, other people answered my questions too! This is customer service now! I couldn't bend the bars in the morning but it was 28°, they were probably frozen so I'll try the bag tonight. I recommend this product! I ordered the snowflake design and it looks so pretty on the van at night! Thank you windshield!
