Nice but the heating function no longer works

I love the sleek design of this heater. It's easy to assemble and I love all the colors and the different settings that are easy to adjust with the remote. However, the keep-warm function no longer works. I was so disappointed because the back bedroom it was placed in always seems cooler than the rest of my house. Although it works like a cool light now, it's useless for what I need it for.
