Bought to heat a small lobby and rarely used. The heater turned itself off after only a few seconds of operation. I contacted customer service who immediately sent a replacement which also broke right away so I just threw it away believing this model has a high failure rate which is why they were so willing to send a replacement.

I love the sleek design of this heater. It's easy to assemble and I love all the colors and the different settings that are easy to adjust with the remote. However, the keep-warm function no longer works. I was so disappointed because the back bedroom it was placed in always seems cooler than the rest of my house. Although it works like a cool light now, it's useless for what I need it for.

Generates incredible warmth! I have it set to 65° and have to run it for a maximum of 20 minutes and my room is very hot! Overall I love this item. However, it requires 2 people to assemble and unless you are "dexterous" or "not mechanical" it can be a little tricky to put together! I like the ability to change the color of the flame along with the color of the bed to suit my mood. maybe in! I rarely use the side lighting function, but this function is good too!

This is a highly unreliable product. Customer service is good but not very good at listening to problems. I originally purchased from Costco in 2012. lasted almost 10 years. I love these heaters as space heaters and for atmosphere. The slim profile against the wall is a really nice perk, allowing you to place it almost anywhere you can find space and giving off enough heat for a good sized room.
