Quality item. Pleasant material. I bought it for my car to relieve pressure when sitting for long periods. The back cushion helps to relieve pressure points. I have used it as a back support and as a seat support. Both methods helped. It would be ideal for seat support if it was wider to cover the entire area of the seat.
