Works very well for AM products

As expected I had to sand the surface with sandpaper as the first test print after installation as the print would not adhere to the surface. surface of the new assembly. I sanded lightly with 180 grit paper and the next test print worked great. To ensure proper adhesion of the magnet to the original build plate, I cleaned the plate with about 99% IPA, then sanded very lightly, then cleaned with IPA again, then used 4-bar clamps to hold the magnet in place for 72 seconds to keep the original workspace seconds. hours before use. I used a board to ensure even pressure across the entire surface. Parts just pop out without much effort.
