Review on Klein Tools Ratcheting Crimper 10 22 by Carlos Barrett

I am very glad I bought this good value Klein Tools 3005CR crimping tool. I've been using cheap crimping tools for years and have had either bad crimps, broken connectors or wires, or just plain bad connections that are just perfect. Love the fact that you can adjust the crimp force with a bit of pressure, you can loosen the tool earlier if needed, and the fact that it's very convenient and easy to use. The only thing I'm a little disappointed with is that you can remove the punches in the jaws, which other punches don't have. Other tools have dies for different tasks, and Klein Tools has another crimping tool with interchangeable dies. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have chosen a different version of this since I had one (1) tool for many tasks. Overall, though, I'm glad to have another easy-to-use and very well-made tool from an industry leader. Small tools.
