So I bought it because I have terrible pain between my shoulder blades from sitting in front of a computer at work all day. The real problem is getting my husband to use it on me! rzunimag. but the main thing I've used it for since buying it is for my TMJ. I have terrible TMJ and my masseters look like they're on steroids. I clench my jaws most of the night and the night guards only make me clench them harder. I use this in the easiest setting on the jaw line (with a relaxed open mouth - don't do this when your teeth are touching lol) and it helps relieve the tension and pain I experience on a daily basis. I've used it almost every night before bed since I got it and will continue to do so. I am writing this review in hopes that it will help someone else with TMJ as mine is causing terrible pain and making it more relaxed and manageable.
