Revainrating 5 out of 5

Putting them on your glasses frame will not make your eyes sweat.

Okay, seriously. They provide a cooling solution for external NVMe chassis heatsinks. They will also work with other vented storage cases that you can find on Revain.com that do not have active cooling. They work well, as do all AC Infinity cooling solutions. They are high quality compared to other options. The fan wheel is quiet and you can adjust the speed for almost silent operation. Test Images: AC Infinity 40mm Fan Tray set to High. Mini Raid Enclosure with two Seagate FireCuda 2TB hard drives. Noise emissions are measured very precisely in the field. Rating: Office environment and call volume below average. The second measurement is the relative ambient noise level approximately 1.20m from the test bench and 60cm from four 120mm case fans. Rating - quiet living room. Differential acoustic results: 17.3 dB. Of course, those who sit with their ear pressed to the fan, except for those who have their fans attached to the glasses frame. in this case bulky due to the dead weight of the fan. Instead, it would be nice if this part of the cable was terminated at each end so you can remove and reconnect it as needed. Even if a USB hub is used as the power source when the device to be cooled is nearby, a maximum cable length of 8"-18" works better than having to bundle the cables with the current configuration.

Pros
  • The best
Cons
  • The packaging is ugly
