
There is no manufacturer name on it. The label says Made in India. Lots of play in the key and no way to thumb-tighten the adjustment. The chrome part is completely scratched. My Harbor Freight wrench has less play and looks better. For the price, it's not worth the hassle of sending it back. I wouldn't buy anything else.
