Holds the smartphone well on the steering wheel.

I like my phone to lay flat and allow me to do it. The locking button works well and seems to hold tight. I wish the bar around the handlebars were a bit wider, but adding a 1/8" piece of soft rubber seems to help. I love this mount and as this is my third attempt at finding one I think it will do the job just fine. I use it on a motorcycle.
