Blade works while you are pushing down.

I’ve only used this a couple of times, but it worked very well. I like that you have be pushing down for the blade to come out. No more getting cut accidentally. Blade was very sharp, still is.

Pros

Good value. Works great. Sharp blades for cutting fabric

Cons

The blade may dull quickly, requiring frequent blade changes and adding to the overall cost of the product
