I go to 2 weekly cruises and meetings and wanted to add some spice to my car. I'm in the process of becoming a show car. The glue on the product is really decent but I haven't used it. Going into this I knew I wanted to fix it permanently so I bought some Lowes flat wire ties, pulled out the nails and got some short heavy duty screws for steel. I hardwired the entire kit to my chassis so it wasn't going anywhere. They give you plenty of extra lanyard to walk around or over wheel arches. I installed it in just a few days and the amount of compliments I've received is just amazing. people love it. In my state, it's legal to drive in one color, so it's always on. I routed mine through a relay using Add-A-Fuse and also installed a hard on/off switch in the dash. This way I can guarantee that there will be no unwanted energy losses. However, one of the best features of it is the app. I have an Android radio, so I was able to install the LED Hue app on my radio and control the entire RGB system via the car radio in the dashboard. This is a real winner in my books. The quality also seems to be quite high. I'm usually skeptical of electronics made in China. You can tell the difference between cheap stuff and premium stuff, and it's definitely premium. Weatherproof and waterproof on all sides. Convinced of this by driving through the car wash after installation. Worth every penny.
