These smaller lights are nice and bright for their size. They are sturdy and easy to work with. They came with all of the hardware needed to mount them in almost any configuration. The brackets that come with them are sturdy metal and the base of the light is removable which might make it easier to mount to the bracket or gives another option to not use the bracket at all. There are instructions and a card with a toll free number to call if you have any questions or need any help.I'm restoring a Blazer and am going to use them to light up the port and starboard sides (sorry for the nautical terms, figured that would be the best way to explain). I temporarily mounted them with a magnet so we can see how they illuminate. As you can see in the picture, they are pretty bright, especially in a hot spot where they are directly pointed. There's still enough residual light to light up the immediate area.The lens comes with a protective sheet of plastic so they won't be scratched up when you get them and the construction held up to me mounting magnets to them and sticking them on my truck. They seem pretty tough! Only downside is the wires that come off of the light are only about 6" long, but stripped and soldered tipped. I wish the wires were longer because the power source will be pretty far away.
