Careless packaging may result in minor damage

This tool arrived recently and we haven't had a chance to clean and adjust it. coarse blade; it was never sanded and would be unusable in this form. This is expected; But I really didn't expect it to be that bad. The packaging was a simple plastic bag with three parts - a handle, a blade and a needle plate - thrown around together in a disassembled bag. It took me about five seconds to assemble them, was it really that difficult for the manufacturer to do this? So it fit in the pocket. However, if you travel disassembled, the parts could collide, chipping the grip panel and scratching other parts. The damage is very small, but still! I don't know if the torn edge of the blade is from rough riding, impact with other parts, or if it was just made that way. There is also light rust on the knife and throat plate. However, it all looks very customizable. The details look successful and fit together promisingly. I'll update as soon as it works and I'll have a chance to see how it works.
