Nozzle broke immediately

I installed this and noticed that my airbrush wasn't jetting the paint properly. It was dripping quite heavily, and upon inspection it was found that the nozzle and needle were not centered. So I took everything apart, cleaned it real good, and then the nozzle broke, as soon as I put it back in the airbrush the filament broke off and got stuck in the brush (luckily I was able to get it out).
