On the first attempt the drone would only fix on 4 GPS sats, so it wouldn't fly. All other attempts got 0 sats. I complained to TechSupport, but they only told me to do what the instructions said. I tried a couple of things that they suggested but it still didn't work. I replied and they replied with links to videos, which only covered how to set it up. I demanded better support. At that time they offered to replace the drone, which arrived very quickly. I immediately tried it out and it fixed on 8-10 GPS sats. I have flown it a few times now. I rated it somewhat low on 'easy to use' because it is a flying machine which is inherently a difficult process. I have never used another drone so I can't compare this on to others. The control software does work well and the flights are fairly stable, even though I usually crash because I am a beginner. It is challenging and fun to fly. I am looking forward to learning how to fly it better.It is a complex machine. However, my phone has connected to the WIFI perfectly every time. The video looks great. The controller works well and instantly connects to the drone. The controller does have several controls (2 joy sticks, several buttons and several operational modes) but it is a complex machine and they have done a good job of designing it. Once you get familiar with it the controls are intuitive. Now that the GPS issue is resolved, the little machine works beautifully. It seems well designed and well built. I am very happy with it.
