Excellent quality, coverage and durability.
I bought these to hang plants and wind chimes on my porch and to use on a covered sundeck for decorations, garlands etc. They are very well made and I was able to easily cut them into old painted pine. I had to pre-drill the old oak paneling on the sundeck ceiling, but that was to be expected. They measure 2" for the hook portion, but they are actually 2-3/4" long (including the threaded portions). The rubber/vinyl dive cover is thick and well made. or small tools in the garage. *Old Mechanic's Tip: Although softer woods were self-tapping screws, I found that using a straight object (I used a bamboo chopstick) as a T-handle or "dummy" made installation easier. and faster.
