Bought two, one works great the other.

I purchased two of these which are used to control LED reading lights above our bed. One works perfectly the other will dim the LED but it will not go off even when in the down position. How do I get a replacement?

Product was as described, arrived on-time and was no problem to install.

Cons

Complex Installation Process: Installing the BESTTEN dimmer switch can be complicated and time-consuming, especially if you lack experience with electrical wiring
