This is a great option for a 45 year old girl who doesn't want to show too much cleavage. It has pads that keep the girls in place. Covers the sides well as shown. As described. It is true to size and I like it. I'm 5'8 and cup size 34C. I have a bust 34, waist 28, hips 38. It's Wednesday. Hope that helps. I will order it in more colors.
