The device is not compatible with Mercedes W211 Premium Package

After several attempts, support could not be contacted. Without extensive rewiring, this block will not work with COMAD blocks. If your W211 has a Harmon Kardon audio system and navigation, skip this unit unless you can take it to a professional installer or understand the 12 volt wiring.
