Study lockset but not happy with number pad

A sturdy lockset. Easy to install. Good instructions.The fingerprint reader is somewhat glitchy but it works well 2 out of 3 scans. The big issue I have is the number pad. The numbers on the key pad are barely visible and often non-responsive. When people attempt to input the code they can't identify the numbers and then must attempt to enter them several times. Not user friendly.

The keyless entry and passcode feature of this door lock makes it an ideal security system for homes and offices, providing convenience while keeping your environment secure
