The bracket is fine but they really should warn you that it doesn't include the bolts, nuts and washers needed for mounting to a boat rail (And what size.) Also, the screw holes didn't match the mounting holes on the Magma gas grill, so I had to drill four new holes to accommodate the assembly. At least it holds the bars well, is sturdy and unobtrusive so I don't want to give the impression that I was completely dissatisfied with the mount.
