Best solution for seamless connectivity and productivity

The best thing about intelliCon, it has all of our agents in one place with easy access to their data from anywhere at any time! It would be nice if there was more flexibility regarding agent availability but I think that this will improve over-time as well since they are constantly working towards improving its features/customer experience (which we know already!). We have been testing out some new functionality like ChatBot integration which so far seems pretty cool - very similar feel compared to Microsoft Teams though not quite yet ready or fully functional by itself just yet; however once implemented should make communication easier between departments & across teams much better than before using traditional phone calls / meetings etc.; also being able use chatbots within iCn makes life even simpler when needing quick answers such as asking questions related directly back into your CRM system rather then having multiple people searching through different systems trying find what you need ;.

Pros
  • The ease of use and simple integration with all of our other processes & data related to our agents
Cons
  • Wish there was even more flexibility with agent availability sometimes agents don't have time or the flexibility to log into iCn so it would be nice to be able to do without logging into it; also there is a bit of a learning curve on the use of the system that is present which I think can be mitigated
