I used this foam gun for filling cracks great stuff. I added insulation board and used it to seal the cracks and seams. Before that I used smaller foam cans with plastic sprayers. The screw knob to control the foam ejection speed works great. It's also nice to be able to keep the spray gun attached to your gun for a few days between uses. If you change the can immediately, you don't have to use a cleaner in between. But if the can is off for more than a few seconds, the foam can congeal in the gun and ruin it. I also bought a can of cleaner to clean the gun when I didn't put another can in it. The vacuum cleaner also worked well.
