With my second pregnancy I was in the mood for it! So I got it early when I was 4 months pregnant and what a disappointment. The pillow is very comfortable to fall asleep, but then. you're stuck with it in the same position until the end of the night when nobody is there to help you. it's so bulky and confuses you to the point where you can't get out without help. It gets pretty difficult to turn over in bed when your stomach is permanently attached to you like a giant backpack, and this pillow won't help. But it's handy if someone puts you inside. I used it for about 4 months and ended up falling asleep with it on (after my husband put me in it as I couldn't do it myself) and then just kicked it off the bed when I needed to turn over. Eventually I gave up altogether and went back to the good old method of having a pillow between my knees.
