The kits I ordered were packaged beautifully with helpful instructions (the video was great too!). The product is well made and installation was easy, just what I needed. Drilling holes in my racks took longer than actual cable installation, which I installed in just minutes per cable. Recently, I had a few troubleshooting questions and Vistaview's customer support was very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all my questions which is a huge plus for a handyman like me. I highly recommend this product and company!
