This is not the cheapest brush you will find but having used it I consider it very valuable. The quality of this brush is really fantastic. I have been a wet razor for many years and have a modest collection of brushes. Some of the brushes I own are more than twice the price of this one and I have to say they are definitely up to date in many ways. The handle is unconventional, but still feels very comfortable in the hand. The bristles themselves are well textured, meaning you can use them to lather both soaps and creams with ease. The knot is nice and tight and unlike other brushes I didn't lose a single hair. It has given me excellent lather with soaps and creams from various brands and I really enjoy using it. Finally the fit and finish is excellent, I know I've spent a significant amount of money on it and it shows in all areas. Anyone looking to improve their shaving skills without overpaying for some of the Kent or Simpson brushes should look no further.
