My verdict is universal
I bought this for my 2.5 year old son and it fits him perfectly (he has a medium head for his age). But I think it would fit on the head :) It stretches quite well :) The inner lining is very soft and I like the bright red color.
- My son loves it and it's perfect for a cold morning!
- The hat may not fit different head shapes, causing discomfort or discomfort.
