Apparently not water resistant
So I bought this and was pretty easy to install. Used once just fine. Second time, the switch had to be wiggled for a bit to push the trailer up. Third time, after some rain, it won't go up at all. I'm very disappointed and my return window just expired. I would say avoid this item. I feel like I just lost my money.
